FAQ
Do I need to bring anything?
You can bring your own tools; extra tools will be provided. Please take accountability for your own tools.
How many items can I bring?
Bring between 2–4 items. If you bring more, we may not be able to fix all items within the allocated time.
What if I can't make it but already paid?
Refunds are not offered, but your slot is transferable to another person.
What if my item cannot be fixed?
The goal is to teach basic repair and troubleshooting. If an item can't be fixed (e.g. complexity or spare parts), we'll guide you to a solution and you're welcome to stay and learn from others.
Who will be teaching me?
Our Repair Cadets who completed the #jomrepair Training will support you alongside Repair Masters. Please be patient—some are new and still learning.
